haha just curious and lame, is there any watch or material so hard that if your watch knocks anything it leaves scratches on the object instead of the watch?

you should not have jump to this conclusion so early...turn out is user's fault

Drop would not be so bad till one needs replaced. Not been services and assume running is usually the problem.

5 yrs don't do service it's auto user fault when it cost a lot to service.

hi guys, i was thinking of getting a watch from laco. Its either laco miyota dial A, or dial B.

below is the link.

https://shop.laco.de/en/Pilot-Watches/Aachen.html

https://shop.laco.de/en/Pilot-Watches/Augsburg-Miyota-automatic.html

Miyota is the basic entry of the laco pilot range watches. it costs around $400 for one. The lume seems pretty good. And it could be a cheaper alternative for me, at least for me, for a stowa.

the dial is 42mm, thickness 12mm, and i worry they might be a little too big for my wrist. i have < 6inch wrists.

Anyway, for laco watches, do you guys know where i could get the most bargain, cheapest watch in singapore? i have checked with gnomon and the timekeeper already..

Mont blanc is neater.

IWC is messy and cluttered. Iwc's designers must have been drunk when they designed it.

The only decent iwc pilot chrono is this

I'm really interested in one of these. But it has an in-house movement made by RGM, a tiny American company. Am I right in suspecting that it would be next to impossible to get it properly serviced in Singapore?

Oiling and cleaning can be easily done locally, want parts change is no way.
