Any reccomendations for a skeleton watch with a budget for plus minus 400 bucks?

For 400bucks can only be able to get china movement skeleton watch.

Erm not so sure about the warranty. Maybe you can go fossil shop to ask them about it?

Just bought an automatic watch recently thinking i will need winder to keep it running . Until i read through some watch forum and see many replied only need for perpetual calendar watch.

Quoted sub 4.8k for the Tudor Pelagos. I understand it's an ETA 2824, but the design is very appealing and fits my wrist very well.

Not enquiring about its perceived value, but is 4.8k the best I can get out there in the local big 3?

You can't *tell* them.... but you can *beg*, especially if you are return customer. Also, THG are not the only ADs for Zenith in Singapore.......
anyway, probably really too late by now.

after much thought, ordered a stowa flieger with logo and date today.

Firstly, I need a watch that is practical for my everyday use, which is why I select the date option. Whereas for the logo dial, it took me quite some time to consider which one to purchase. Aesthetically wise for the dial only, I can presume the one with logo looks more pleasing to me, which is not that plain.

However, one man’s meat is one man’s poison. I believe few bros & sis here would prefer the 50 Eur upgrade to the non-logo version, cos of the rotor upgrade. Also, the plain dial without the logo is more historically linked to the history of stowa.

IMO, go for what you like. I bought 2 additional straps as well cos I can’t really decide what strap i thought would go well with me as well. Waiting time is 3.5 months. Long wait. But also long enough to allow me to think hard and save up for my first pilot. For those who know IWC, you could compare to MarkXVI, or 15, which have a almost similar design, but about 4 times as expensive as stowa.
