Try out both watches on your wrist - preferably on the same day. Take some pics. And see which one you like more.

Nobody can tell you which one to buy - it's a very personal thing. IMHO.

Whichever one you buy, its your money, you are happy.

It's the same winder. They are stackable. They have them under different branding too. Beco Technic, Brookstone, etc. and of cos, they sell for marginally different price.

If the second hand Omega is in a good condition, and you don't mind using a second hand watch, and you don't mind a quartz watch, then the Omega sounds like a good option.
