The Yachtmaster with steel and pat man size is at $14571 after 10% discount.

The GMT 2 stainless steel man size is at $10980. No discount for this model but if u really wanted, can still check with manager for 5% discount.

Ooh I've considered the explorer 2 as well especially the white dial but while the movement I am confident is a tough work horse, the polished finish of the case will make me baby it... Besides the list price of the SINN is only $5300 which is half of the list price of the Rolex, so when I so scuff it heart not so pain haha. Besides i do travel to some shitty places for work, so wearing a toolish "unknown" brand watch is safer too...

Hamilton? Many shops carry it, go to orchard, start from Ion and work your way to wisma and taka, then cross the road to lucky plaza, paragon, Knightsbridge, 313, orchard central. You would have scouted out THG, Cortina, Allwatches, Dickson, Watches of Switzerland etc.

the exp 2 grey dealer sell for 7.9k to 8.2k if paying 5k for a less known brand i might as well spend another 3k to get rolex. if u scare go shitty place u can wear lower end watches... like me i dun wear my rolex once oversea.

30% discount brings the U2 down to about 3.7k. Lower if he managed to bargain more. So the Exp 2 still effectively costs more than 2 U2s combined.

Yup exactly, the dull gray finish of the U2 just sings to me...didn't get the fully black hard coated version after my recent unpleasant experience with the black hard coating on a watch from another brand...haha

Gotta be careful with bead-blasted finishes too. You can't exactly remedy scratches on your own.

just curious, why u dont wear rolex overseas? not safe? and sinn is not that 'unknown' lah...
