What blue dial? Huh?
We were looking at the skeleton. Non of the ADs I asked has a pc of the RO steel skeleton; Triste will be doing an intensive field report when he leaves for jackroad next week. :)

Yes I will bro! :)

I've got some pictures of Panerai's event yesterday. Will also share some here :D

I know which you're talking about. It retails for 28K SGD and is the homage to the original RO.

Very different from the AP Skeleton Steel, which is incredibly difficult to find.

Hopefully jackroad will still have it when I go there.

Anyway I caved in yesterday, besides lusting for the PAM 507 Bronzo, I asked my SA to order in the 449.

Love the old school look of it.

Btw may i know which are the reliable online shops we can see look see look and tempt ourselves?

Joma,ashford,

What about AuthenticWatches.com?

~~~~~
If i got a watch from those sites, in the case IF my watch dies inside 2 yrs.
With International Warranty do i need go back the Online Shop or locally i can get it settled.
After warranty i need to get service for the watch, can i go to locall service center?
Ashford, Joma all or most watches sold is their own warranty and not international warranty right?
I have resisted buying from ashford recently because of this, was thinking of buying a perrelet seacraft GMT when it was on sale, but the thought of having to send the watch back to them for repair changed my mind.
Local service centre if it exist for the brand u buy will service your watch la, just that if it's not a valid international warranty, u need to pay$$
Yah lor just thinking whether the savings is worth the gamble vs watch failure in 2 yrs, if fail I can choose to send back or go service centre and pay them correct ?
After warranty period doesn't matter anymore everyone same ?
A preview of yesterday's event at Panerai.
The Jupiterium Clock is truly a sight to behold!
Chances of watch failing is slim, u think seller like to take such risk? Repairs for them isn't profitable.
Ppl here have got from ashford and thewatchery without issues. Iirc someone had great experience once that he bought 2 more. If fail more likely it's due to abuse not covered by warranty.
Of course after warranty, grey/used/AD all same same need to pay for repairs or service. Not like u buy from AD have discount.
Depends on type of watch u can get it service it repair by JW lower price.
alamak, towkay, wrong channel. you 933, i 958.
RO skeleton is breaktaking, but i was talking about THE ap icon that brought ap to where it is today - THE royal oak jumbo.
if you like skeletonized timepieces, you can consider cartier's tank mc skeleton in paladium (certainly more svelte, classy & stylish than cartiers santos skeleton, imho):
Hahaha ya I was wondering what blue - blue film ah? Or blue oyster?
Yes i started with collecting skeletons but have since stopped. Maybe the AP RO skeleton may get me interested again.
Having said that I'm still looking for preowned la tradition YG and chronoswiss opus steel.
I like the RO Jumbo. Very nice. I wore it before as well at the boutique to try.
guys, a little of off-topic here...I have a budget of $20 for a Xmas gift exchange for a lady colleague who's into watches (e.g., Rolex).
Is there any watch accessories that fit into this budget?
TIA
pp and Benz both are something that alot of man love them.
随喜福报alot.
I consider myself lucky. Very lucky in fact.
Dunno if its really karma or psychological, but my lot has improved quite a bit ever since I do charity work actively. Used to be donations but then started doing on the ground.
While we indulge in material pleasures with our yr end bonuses, do help the needy families. Even $10 matters to them.
If you have or will be doing it during this season of giving, I thank you from the bottom of my heart.
