I am new to this thread and anyone know what does the rolex code, 116613LN stand for?
These watches are crazy in pricing but finally gotten mine,![]()
from my limited understanding
nowadays rolex "codes" are 6 digits. older ones are 5 digits.
the last digit is the metal used. from my observation, 0 is for steel, 3 for two-tone (or they call rolesor), 8 for yellow gold and 9 for platinum.
the rest are model codes.
e.g.
submariners have 116610 or 13, or 18, or 19 and deepsea is 116600
GMT have 116710, or 13, or 18 but no 19 (no platinum for GMT)
daytonas have 116520, or 23, or 28, or 09
daydate, datejust etc..... same number patterns
