Neither it's an expensive watch nor as pristine as most of the watch collector have in this forum.

This Longines Flagship has been left in the drawer for yearrs. Decided to replace it with a Nato strap.

Nice clean dial but it would looks much nicer on a alligator strap. :D

other than yeokimchoy, the rest are.

Actually why do u need a brick&mortar shop? Unless u pay cash, there is a charge on nets and cc usage. Furthermore an individual seller can go do the verification process with you at rsc, and they dont have overheads which is ultimately passed to you.

I dun think they need the receipt to see where you bought the Rolex from... The dealer number is on the warranty card itself.... And they probably have records on dealer number, case number, and movement number (so they will know if the movement has been swapped).

BTW
Thinking of selling my gmt2c(serviced in jan 2014, no polishing done) and sea dweller...

Anyone here interested? We can work out a reasonable price...

Not very fair comparison... All things equal, if price difference is marginal, I am sure almost everyone will not hesitate to go with AD. The proposition for going grey is mainly price (maybe to a lesser extent availability for new releases). It is precisely people not being able to get a discount from AD as much as from grey that gives rise to a grey market.
