I just realised how much I saved not buying my 2 G shocks at G factory during lunch. (I got mine from an apparently reputable online seller who delivers it to my void deck)

G factory
1. AW-591SC-7A - Watches - CASIO ($150)
2. GWX-5600C-4 - Watches - CASIO ($249)

Total: $399

Online seller
1. AW-591SC-7A - Watches - CASIO ($110)
2. GWX-5600C-4 - Watches - CASIO ($175)

Total: $285 - $10( I bargained with him)=$275

Total savings: $399-$275= $124

even going to Bencoolen also cheaper than G Factory...but of cuz the savings not as much as yours

haha.. if u've been reading the posts earlier on about AD vs grey. It's the same thing. Actually there are 3 layers boutique > AD > grey.

boutique is (the much much more expensive) equivalent of g factory. U can get perks e.g. extra strap, same brand premiums (e.g. AP pouch instead of a THG pouch), invitation to events, a same brand paperbag (if that matters to u?!) etc.. but pathetic/no discount. Worse than AD.

My wify also replied me that same sentence. My point to wify is let the seller earn some $ if the saving is already significant. But if not wrong only ladies can pull it off. Rem wife bought one Casio for me which is already cheapest on market but still can ask further $10 disc. I was amazed. (*^^*)

I dont think it has anything to do with gender. I communicated my orders via whatsapp and the seller did not know I'm a lady. ( my current whatsapp picture is not my photo) Yes the savings is there but if you asked and the seller is willing to offer you a discount it means that he/she is comfortable with the profit margin. I will always ask for discounts or bargains whenever possible because it might not seem much but if you succeed 10 times at different setting /purchases it really adds up
