The Midnight Planétarium timepiece tracks the position of the six planets visible from Earth. Each of them are independently controlled for precise tracking at any given time and their true orbital speeds are represented. Aside from keeping you updated on planetary positioning, it also functions as a regular watch with the shooting star indicating the time in hours and minutes. :eek:

hi guys. new to this thread. just chanced upon it while looking for some info abt watches. got a lot of qns. but jus a simple one for now. what u guys think abt the watches available here: German watches, tactical watches, watch accessories - Gnomonwatches.com

quite like a few of the watches. so my question is, are those watches worth to buy? got german watch but swiss made. got swiss watch but japan movement. im hoping to buy my first swiss watch with my limited budget. but not sure which one to get.

whats your budget like? they got shop at shaw tower beach road. can go down and see see look look.

below 1k perhaps. i've went to the shop b4. but as this will b my first expensive watch (...yes...1k is expensive to me), i wanna spend it on a watch that is worth the price. now we all know how some watches asking for premium price jus for the brand. so...that's y i'm now trying to find out which brands are worth the price.

so far, my most expensive watch is a 400+ seiko.

v hard to justify whats worth and whats not worth buying leh... hmm....

as long as u like it, its worth buying.

very true. his taste very diverse and really to justify the price is whether you like or not. i would have recommended none from gnomon since i dont like pilot inspired and only into divers. even if were to recommend also likely recommend seiko sumo or similar cuz micro brand does not tick my fancy.

actually from gnomon, theres one that actually caught abit of my attention.. the dievas vortex. maybe cos that time when i went, the sales lady was wearing that on her hand and it does look good. the white dial one..
