Just wondering if you guys have any experience with Nomos? Am thinking of getting either:

Tangente Datum Gangreserve

Club Datum

I know one is much more dressy than the other, but what is the general take or opinion here on Nomos watches?

One concern I currently have is their famously long protruding lugs despite the smaller dial sizes, which is really very difficult to gauge suitability without trying one on.

Wonder if any bros here has one in their collection to share their experience.

I love the look of Nomos Club. A bit sporty but still retain the refine look. Thinking of getting it in the far far future

Mine, not troubled by the lugs.

Unfortunately some small accident happened... Need to bring it back to Berlin to change the crystal... Mean while still can wear lar, but there's a puny chip

in terms of wearing for everyday - office - casual events. does it fits the bill? Cuz i have seen people on this thread recommended it

up to your individual taste, really if you like it and it fits your wrist (and speaks to you), ten mai tu liao

It is for tracking time lapsed for short dives.... 1 filled red discs is 2min, so 7 red discs is for 14 min dive... something like that.

Meant for freediving, 1 disc is 1 minute, so 1 full cycle will be 14minutes.
So if someone cross the freediving timing of 14min, this becomes a pretty useless watch

Icic... Thought I remembered reading abt some yatching heritage... Looks cool in any case

But aesthetically still looks good, it's one of the more unique seamasters around. At 1 point i was also considering this, but went for the classic 2254.50 instead.
