Tissot-tcomplications-squelette-4.jpg

Orient star has my vote.
If u paying above 2k for tissot, just go for the orient royal skeleton

Want Swiss auto skeleton, I would go for epos on eta 2892

Now this is interesting.. A brown themed watch for a change

and highend watches coming out with nato straps.

seems like the highend brands losing innovative power - now copying the microbrands e.g. faithful historic divers, nato bands...

Citizen quartz check

Generic dial face check

Changeable NATO straps check

All qualities of a cheap lady watch

I wouldn't touch it with a 100ft pole

OS if I have to choose one. None if I can choose freely.

if she thinks its fine, let her have it!
its good for the hobby/industry.
i know guys who own 20K dollar watches who also have g-shocks for fun, so you'll never know what they have in the safe!

Monday aint so blue today because I got a new watch!

Anniversary gift from fiancé lol of course I did the picking. This time round he actually asked me if I wanted anything rather than selecting something by himself. I cant think of anything I need at the moment so ended up watch hunting. Headed to Wins yesterday for the first time and boy its crowded! Wanted something that wouldn't break the bank- or rather his bank hahaha. So my pick goes to......

The orient bambino with me earlier this morning.Gotten the rose gold tone white dial hehe.

I would say I am sold by this watch. For 210 bucks after some bargaining this watch looks excellent for its price. The bf was impressed as well and said it looks way more than the price tag. I love the dome crystal and those dauphine hands.

On the other note, the monster probably wouldnt suit my wrist. I managed to take a look at it yesterday at Wins. I didn't have to touch the physical watch, it already looks chunky and big for me from the display.

Saw some earlier posts regarding D.W watches. Personally I wouldn't get it. Movement and aesthetics wise nothing spectcular for the price it commands.

And about the flexibility of changing NATOs for different look, you don't need a D.W to be able to do that? I think D.W is like a current 'in' thing..hype will die down after awhile.

Looks like 2014 will be the year of the Speedmaster for Omega. These 3 have certainly pique my interest!

VW zehzeh poisoned by my bambino ? :s13::s13:

I'll say impressed for something just over 200 dollars. It looks better physically than in pictures. I was initially interested in the orient star classic blue hands when I came to know about orient online but didnt want the mister to spend so much so bambino it is!

Have to admit their logo is not fantastic- look abit old fashion-ish but since the bambino is designed to look vintage I think the logo can still sit on the dial pretty well.

I will probably have issues with the logo if the watch looks modern. Probably will look too mismatched for my liking.
