i was quoted abt 2k for the squelette
been thinking..........but i think 2k is abit steep for a handwind basic

design is good though. very masculine compared to the kenneth cole and orients which are abit.......flowery?

~ $2K for the Squelette? Now you got me interested in skeletons again! I checked out the Orient LE @ $1830 but didn't like it - this Tissot at just a couple of hundreds more - but with more skeleton showing is worth looking into.

Sorry for saying this guys but IMO

A skeleton watch shows its price easily compared to a normal simple dress watch. The complexity and engraving details easily shows the value of e watch.

That is why I'd definitely stay away from a skeleton watch unless 1 which is of slightly high value. But I'd definitely want to get a bambino because side by side with a grand seiko, it's difficult to appraise it.

But still as the saying goes to each his own. We don't want to be cramming our ideologies into each others throat right :o

You've got a point there. Unfortunately, my wallet has a pretty shallow bottom so the nicer skeletons out there are out for me. Anyway, as far as the Tissot is concern, I've only seen it on goggle images. In person, we may not click.

Just spent some money on a new watch today! Still ogling it! Will post pix when I get some daytime shots!

Price doesn't always equate to quality, although it does a damn good job of creating an illusion of it

I was actually toying with the idea of getting the Seagull skeleton then can hoot Orient Star Retrograde also and still got cash left.. Now the Retrograde has to wait :/

What you hooted!!
