Can you guys recommend me a place to go to do the following things below?

1) Change metal to rubber strap for Casio Edifice. ( I do not have any rubber strap ) & also the battery for it.

2) My wife's coach watch battery is dead, need a new life

What's the cost normally for a change of battery?

Thanks all!

1. Go back to Casio

2. Google "coach service center singapore". My mum changed her coach before but I can't remember. Will update if I get the details.

Not promising for rolex IMO if what i see of zenith in the last few years is an indication of the output from his leadership

On the contrary it may not be a bad thing. Zenith did revive under his leadership.

Then again it wasn't really a Herculean task to improve from the horrid Nataf era Zenith. That has got to be a new low.

I never really heard/seen any watch model from Zenith in last few years that generated general interest , granted that I don't follow the brand closely. Was there anything of note?

Zenith did launch a new line of that were linked to its heritage successfully and it also introduced some interesting pieces like the annual calendar chrono and retrotimer.

The one that caught my eye was the El primero original 1969, a tribute to the A386

Always felt the faces of Zenith watches are very messy n overcrowded.

Anybody has any recommendation of watches with blue dial and blue leather strap? Price range around 1k?

The tag monaco comes to mind and u can change it to blue strap but its way off your budget.

U din mention quartz or auto but anyway your best bet is to search for the blue dial watch and get an after market blue strap. Finding blue + blue off the shelves can be v challenging.

I believe Tag monaco is around 3k? But I Heard Tag is not a very reliable watch.... I dont mind extending my budget, but has to be worth it...

Auto is most preferred, and you are right, its so hard to find a blue dial with blue strap. But all that being said theres PP 5070P :)

Thanks for the help anyway!

Actually I think Zenith did progress under him, just not that much

What is the reason for switch of CEO of Rolex

So this Dufour guy is the one who made the stupid decision to equip the lower end Zenith Elite models with Sellita movement before he leaves for Rolex? :s27:
Bad move for Zenith. :(

Or did he left because he didn't like the Sellita plan?
