Thinking of getting my first dress watch, narrowed down to maybe Edifice (Casio), Seiko and Citizens, which one is recommended?

Or any other brands within the same price range to offer?

Budget is <$500

Hmm... while I really really like Edifice, I won't be willing to pay anywhere close to $500 for it, will probably pay <$200. Plus I won't describe their style as classy or suitable as a dress watch. Will probably say it's more a smart casual watch due to their aggressive designs, if that makes any sense.

Seiko and Citizens are good reputable brands with reliable movements. With your budget, you may be able to get one with an automatic movement.

However, I will also like to throw in another brand for your consideration as it's cheap, and their watches are assembled by swiss watchmakers and contain swiss movements: Christopher Ward

With your budget, you should be able to get the C3 Malvern Chronograph MK II or the C5 Malvern. They also have 15% discount sale and free shipping periodically. With the 15% discount, you can barely fit the C5 automatic in your budget.

A seiko sarb071. In fact, any of the SARB series from Seiko would be a worthy dress watch consideration.

The 6R15 calibre is of such high standards they are often dubbed as mini Grand Seiko.

SARB065 on my to-get list

Hello guys! I have a question here, any places to recommend for cheap-prices Tissot watches in Singapore? What about the prices in Hong Kong, is it cheaper than local prices?

Finally opened the new Thosop bottling at a friend's place. In the background is another rare 1973 bottle from the same distillery and his lovely humidor on the right.

And of course I just had to include a watch shot with it.
