No cost incurred if I proceed with the regulating.

Was told to monitor for a month since the watch was pretty new. Their spec is gain/loss 5mins per month.

That's like 10 secs a day. I'm half hearted whether to send in mine at 8/9 secs a day. Any opening of case has risk of damage also. Since it's not my daily beater I'm thinking maybe live with it.

Hulk.

Imho TT has too many colors and the blue sub looks best with WG.

TT for me. More versatile and a measured n balanced amount of bling for what should be a tool watch. The hulk wouldnt endure over time (looks wise). My 2 cents

I go with TT blue. As my Director has a HULK and I agree that the HULK design doesnt last over time... as compared to TT or black

TT blue also. It's abit more understated than the TT black GMT yet blue is always easier to pair with our skin since it's a cool tone. Plus it'll generally look nicer with lighter shades of shirts that we wear.

Like yatto..the hulk for me.

The TT is just too tacky and cheesy for me. It's like it can't decide it wants to be blue, gold or plain stainless

It's always pictures like the one below that gets me sold on it.

In fact the blue TT sub was the first rolex i had wanted. But after a month of cooling off and looking at other watches, it's exactly what you said: tacky and cheesy. The green sub is like their iconic sportswatch donning their corporate colour. Very cool, I feel.

On a separate note it's really interesting to hear everyone's opinions :)

He might have both fake and real one. You don't know which one is he wearing tho.

My gut feel is that he was wearing the real one when he was first photographed. Well, he is a general after all and given his status, I'm sure he would not wear a fake one. Seriously, if you are not into watches and you get a fake one, you would likely buy a fake Rolex rather than a fake RM.

However, when news broke and he got criticized, I'm sure he came up with this story to "cover up".

prefer something simpler. Hulk looks nice... but alittle too loud and colorful for me.

so i bought the black one without date.

Hands up anyone who uses leather strap? I just got one from Panatime for $80/90-ish for my Pam and want to know what kind of habit to have to avoid it stinking in the future. When I was in my teens I remember a strap that stunk, but that time never take care la.

Or do you guys avoid leather straps altogether in hot and humid Sg? Pam (most including my model) don't have steel bracelet.

Really appreciate your input.

When u were teen u probably did PE, play soccer etc with the watch. As adult, so long u dont use it for activities/occasions that u r expected to perspire alot, it should be fine
