I'd say I'm generous. Always treat them to lunch and snacks.
They are also somebody's son and daughter. Job security and promotion I cannot control much, but at least i can provide a jovial environment. Keep telling them to have time for family and to form their own family - don't just work and work.

He was asking about it and I brought my black/RG to show him today. He is completely sold. We then surfed for pictures and prices and he's most likely getting the white/RG from creationwatches. He was considering the white/steel as well.

Was thinking between the White/RG and Black/RG before buying the Black/RG. Guess I choose the one with a better contrast of colours.
