What's the difference between the K and J models?

K : Assembled in Singapore/Malaysia
J : Assembled in Japan

Apparently J models is made in Japan. Some people say K model made in Malaysia. So usually people more particular about the whole Japanese feel will go for J models

Wrist size can increase. That time when I gained 10 kg (some muscle some fat) my wrist size increased by about 1/2 inch. Its due to fat accumulation under the skin and tenden enlargement due to strength training. Even my wedding ring size increased...finger became more 'chu'. One point I had to wear my wedding ring on right hand as somehow my right finger is thinner than left hand finger .

Conversely when I had an extended sickness, I lost 5 kg and ring went back to left hand, and wrist smaller a bit too.

some people may not gain thickness in their forearm. Its one of the hardest places to gain thickness.

I rather gain muscle mass than fat mass. One is healthier, the other is health hazard.

I will recommend doing forearm dumbbell curls towards the end of your workout... do 3 to 4 sets. Every set do till failure.
