See if anyone can mod a FFF, replacing the 7s36 movement with 4r36. I tried with Mr Goh, cant due to stem n crown.
See if any bros got ideas where to improve the FFF

Everyone's doing up the FFF? Anyone considering this SNZH53 based PMBB (Poor Man's Black Bay) given that dagaz just released his silver-based BB dial?

For those who cannot wait a few months for the real Midnight Blue BB.. or those with limited watch budget.. can start a new S'pore PMBB Club.. whahaha..

This is so much better than the FFF mod

Live update. Actually not that live live. I camped for around 1.5hrs because Mr Goh is very busy and stock is on the way. Finally got my 57 with strap change. This stock only 15pcs mixed of 53-57, so quick come!!!
Btw, I believe I bumped into quite a few fellow comrades here also. :)

Bro can share what tools u use? Heard quite tough to remove the end links on pelagos.:(

Used the bergeon spring bar tool. Bought at rochor center at a shop called khatena.

Scratched the lug because forgot to paste tape before removal. So if u want to DIY, remember to tape it before attempting.

After a few tries, u will get the hang of it.
