Dahui hulk sir may i know if you have anything to rec for walking? I walk quite a bit everyday......TIA!

Thinking of wearing them to/fro but still in my work attire (long sleeve and pants). Change to dress shoes when I reach office - yeah quite the opposite from most ppl.
Dress shoes just aren't good for walking.

Get the insole from emart and put inside yr dress shoes... very comfortable

Any idea what lume does the seiko uses? I rmb it's called superluminova or something.. Doesn't seem to be on the chart tho :/

think they use lumi-bright but don't specify any difference for their watches. for what its worth except for tritium that glows forever, the best lumi-bright and the C3, it still depends on the application e.g. number of layers, surface area etc.

Shoes wise? I think for brisk walk not much impact on the joints & ligaments. Just get a comfortable runner that can support your body weight sufficiently.

Alot of sports tech these days, the colourful sticker wraps, minimalist shoes too. See ppl take ippt wear the so-called leggings, 5 fingers.. Weird. Want to wear that better run gold standard! Haha

Asics keyano, gel nimbus GT2150 are all very cushioned runners. The best way will be to test them on the treadmill first. I know there used to be a sports shop that allows customers to try on their shoes on the treadmill at Novena. They carry several sports brand too.
Give it a try personally. Doesn't mean an expensive runner will be good for everyone because our foot are all shaped differently.

No need so much gear la. I only need my nike tomtom watch, a pair of shorts, clean socks & my flyknit racer I be good to go!
