I actually got some other mod ideas being KIV

1) Buy a JDM SARB and insert the yobokies milgauss hand set to it.
2) insert the milgauss handsets to the bambino (yobokies cfm can fit)
3) buy mm300 hands and insert into my pepsi sumo
4) change skx007 bezel to murphy bezel, bracelet to wjean jubilee

A few more i cannot rem... haha

Erm... can make the SARB more into a milgauss...

Come to think of it, I only have my skx009 and 6309-7049 untouched.

My other seikos are... with at least 1 item modded.

Primarily I always wanted to make my FFF hackable as well as having a world timer. I tried with Mr Goh to have the 4r36 movement implant to the the SNZH, it is not a direct swap due to the stem issue.

So I am thinking, can swap my FFF bezel insert, hands and dial to this world timer. make the FFF hackable.

While the worldtimer be swap to my SNZH and change the dial to numbered indices dial and make it look more like complicated.

Have the best of both worlds... haha

For ur orginal idea, maybe you can try using 6R15 stem. Read from WUS that both 6R15 and 4R36 is using the same stem.

And 10watches.com is selling a custom crown which come with a 6R15 stem. That crown happen to be compatible with 7S diver watch too.

Busy day for me... Brought my kids to child care, had breakfast with my Submariner and did some work at McDonalds. Run some errands, pick the boys up and my wife from work. Lastly, at the poolside while my elder boy learns swimming.

you can also mod an sbdc001 to an mm300

Changed the strap for my dad's bambino. From K2. 21mm

The others were the aftermarket alligator strap 20mm and the original strap from orient.

The orient buckle is wider than the strap from K2 but I put it on anyway.....to complete the look.



Wristshot. I think the brown strap fits the watch much better!

Did you count how many watches you bought for the past month, lol.

lol... bro no offence but i find... the seiko diver doesnt look as good on your hands... maybe u always wear those non sporty types.

there is no depth to the dial. feels that size is a lil too small for his wrist. need to try the real deal

look really nice blue matches the blue on the bezel...nice meeting u again... really is fate..

got mine Dial Mod.. the black charcoal sunburst dial is chio

the sheen from dial + the dome crystal = sedap

Yeah, i asked thong sia to buy a mm300 dial before. They will have to take back the old dial. So i guess it is impossible.

I haven asked yobokies or monsterwatches.eu yet.

Yatto dai gor, if I may, I think the MM300 will indeed suit you better compared to the SKX. It's definitely beefier and more manly, well suited to your huge wrist.

As Donten's pic shows, one of the MM300's major attraction for me was also the beautifully brushed hands. Love how it's angular and yet curvy at the right places.
