Can someone advice where i can buy a decent blue leather strap? Would prefer to see it at a physical shop...somewhere opened in evenings?

TIA!! :s12:

Congrats to you!

Not many options for blue leather straps if you want to see it physically 1st.

Can consider JnS if you want a custom made strap locally. SG-Roc forum also has pple selling their straps but blue is not that common.

otherwise there are plenty of online options for you to choose from!

Got this from ten10.......something like pelican case but on a budget at $25 each......

Note that one of four clips is spoilt......but doesnt matter to me. So now I can bring both watches overseas in a better case :)

nice ^.^ is the case very big? looks like 25cm by 18 cm case.

if ain't very big, I would wanna consider such a casing as well for my business trips.

Day-time wear dress watch. evening time wear a G-shock

You can try hirsch straps. I think Red Army Watches carries them, I've been using the Hirsch Duke Alligator strap in blue for 2 years now and have gone swimming with it and so far it's still pretty durable :)

are we able to ask the Mod to make some changes to the first post of this thread?

Like a compiled list of websites for
- straps
- 2nd hand watch dealers
- watch casings
- watch tools and cleaning kits
- watch deals

then subsequently for future new threads like Part 6, Part 7, Part 8, the first thread will always contain the same general FAQs

then maybe general videos like:
- How to spot fake luxury watches
- What to look out for when buying 2nd hand watches or vintage watches

Invited myself to the gtg! Hope you guys don't mind =:p

Since we're on the topic of cases, I was wondering if you guys would like some lucky draw prizes for the gtg? Have some spare leather travel rolls that I normally include as part of the packaging for my watch. Fits pams and straps!

Got some 22mm pter gunny straps also but most seem to be using 24mm soo might not be as attractive. Also plenty of strap change tools but I'm guessing you guys already have one at least :)

Hey Elsan, hope to see you at the meet!

Btw, I am interested to have a look at your 22mm Gunny straps as I do have a Radiomir that needs 22mm straps. *bang head*

The meet is more of a casual gathering rather than an "official" meetup where there are door gifts, etc. But of course, bring what you are comfortable with.

Cheers!
