Also another point is that, it's gold plated. A plain steel watch has more "dignity" than a plated one, at least to me.

don't ever think FC would produce a full gold watch. Gold plated is done to keep price down.

There are solid RG watches for FC.

You have to add 7% to the SGD prices. If you head down to their Chinatown shop, can bargain a little too. Service was meh though

I think is better to go to thier shop to try and wear then to buy it online like that. IMHO, not all watches match everyone. thanks for the price guide.

remember to change currency from USD to SGD and add GST. but its still cheaper than a lot of shops locally. you get this price if you go down to their store in Chinatown to pick up.

I am quite lost

I like the RG but I already have a RG worldtimer. The steel will be better addition but it doesn't look as nice on my wrist. But steel looks pretty good when coupled with white shirts.
the only steel dress watch I have is the maurice lacroix skeleton, which has no dial.

what do u guys think?

Bought my first car at 21. Currently my 8th car now. Quite a car fan in fact.
Stays next to an MRT station and my office is also right next to one. Just a few stops away.
Hates driving lately. Take train more shiok.
Can watch movies, surf web, see babes LOL

I was born into poverty. Lunch during my schooldays were plain rice with an egg and soya sauce. Dad was an odd job labourer, and Mum a homemaker. I just worked very very hard. Even in JC i was giving tuition 4 days a week for 1k/mth. Parents had no money for me and my sis' uni fees so we had to earn our own.

But then again, I was also lucky lah since it all paid off. One cannot choose to be lucky but can choose to be hardworking. And living a happy life is a journey, not a goal.

VAT is their version of GST, or a consumption tax in that geography. So when sold outside (exported) no neet VAT.

But when it crosses the border into SG then you need to pay GST if >S$400 value.

If buying stuff overseas requires insurance, then you would need to declare value, in full view of customs to apply GST when it gets here.

If don't declare, sometimes customs will invite you to their office to talk about the item, agree a value and pay on the spot
