It does not make sense if the in-house expertise cannot service their own brands, i don't think the brands can survive for so long if their cant handle their own product servicing, only variable is the quality of work given.
Asking people why they want in-house vs OEM movements is pointless.
Some drivers choose alfa bcos they like driving them even though it is full of problems, some choose toyota bcos servicing is easy and affordable.
My experience with so many brands so far have been painless (JLC, Zenith, IWC, Omega), nothing went wrong except the service pricing keep going up
Also i did not keep looking for faults in the watches, unless it is very obvious (my omega apnea is a lemon, chrono did not work out of box, took them 1 month to wait for parts from Switzerland).
enjoy the watches as it is, thinking too hard about "in-house vs OEM vs modified vs hybrid vs whether-is-it-worth" is just complicating it.
i don't expect 100% perfection but for brand new watches i believe most of u will expect no glaring issues ?
jus wanna check with those who bought from creationwatches b4. how long do they take to deliver fm the day of ordering? n do they use singpost, ta q bin or some other despatch?

It's their in-house 3120 movement in there. The same movement as the Royal Oak 15300 and 15400.
