Coincidentally, both iPad and iPhone in gold, which I really wanted a space grey

following on from my previous unboxing post, i guess its no big surprise especially to microbrand followers, its the 43.5mm helios delfin 500m diver.


here's a comparison shot with the other micros and a few reference divers. although its pretty hefty at 43.5mm the rounded edges and lack of hard cues makes it "wear smaller" than it is.

christmas came early for me this year, so early season's greetings to one and all Ho ho ho !

Congrats bro, it's a cool watch. Halios watches are really nice and different from other micro brands.

I think you have the coolest collection in the forum (tempted to think it's iceflight just for sheer dollar value ). Quite my taste, though a lot of similar looks which I prefer to spread my funds elsewhere hee hee

thanks, its a long journey to get hear and countless hours on the web, my wife is pretty sure there's an OCD streak in me - good to keep me occupied, but definitely bad for the wallet.

different strokes for different folks i guess. i'm into chrono's too but lately the microbrands have been on tear with the divers. so impressed with brands like aquadive, crepas, squale, maranez and now halios deliver great value and quality.

so it makes me feel good supporting the small guys to keep the big boys honest

3570.50 Is discon and replaced by a new model which is essentially the same watch except the new bracelet has screws instead of friction pin.
Comes with a big box and a loupe , caseback and few free straps.

New model retail $6850 before discount. I can get below 5k from overseas

Some of the monaco i saw today at the dickson sale.

Sian I was looking for this but it wasn't on display...asked if it was sold already but the SA smoked me by saying that this was never put up as a sale item...!

No aquaracers, only saw monaco, Grand carerra, carerra and limited F1 at the Dickson sale.
All Watches also have limited Tag link models at 40% off and Davosa at 50% and very few BM at 70% I think
