Can anyone advice, where can i repair the below watch ? The quartz movement is jammed, though battery still has power. Cannot adjust forward, can reverse only

Nice watch! Can try JW Watches or Bonfield. They're pretty good though JW waiting time is damn long.

I'm not trolling la, just dont get why people get so stuck up when I post photos of my watch. Yes, I admit it is a replica, but I'm not discussing about replicas nor am I convincing you guys to buy replicas. I'm just sharing a photo of my personal watch, just like everyone else here

would you try this in real life - where a group of strangers are discussing about watches and you pop out your fake?

for the record its not my place to judge you and what you buy, and I'm happy to let you buy what you want. (Though if its illegal I won't hesitate to point out as it is illegal to sell fakes in Singapore). I will leave that up to the HWZ moderators.

maybe try a a little consideration for how others are feeling first for a change? i usually find that folks tend to reciprocate.

if you really, really need to discuss about fake watches, you really won't get anywhere in this thread.

Let me explain to you why,

On generic terms, the answer would be that people here in this forum spend thousands of dollars of hard earned money to buy an expensive time piece. A timepiece that has been worked on by watchmakers for hours. This time piece gives the buyer a sense of achievement, a sense of "pride". And there comes this rep, that looks almost identical that just cost a few hundreds. Definitely they will be pissed and irritated.

On this thread terms, put it this way, you started on the wrong note. Instead of asking us to prove it, you could have admitted it, the turnout could have been different. Secondly, you were given a second chance when yattokame wrote a post for you, welcoming you back to this thread. But you totally ignored it. And that pissed many further.

If you cant afford it, then dont get it. no point going through all this just to show people that you have a 'IWC'. You can post fashion watches here like kenenth coles or timex or whatever and people will still like it and lust over it.

but there are 3 other huge overseas forum that discuss rep.
be it frankenwatches or what.
mod here mod there.

i admit i do read up on reps, on how close they can manage to do replicate something. very interesting to me.

but no matter what, nothing beats the real deal. it maybe super high price but the feeling wearing it, its just different.

i used to own a marina militare sub pam, wear already, don't feel as satki as i know it's still a copy/homage. But now i wear my 005, wear also satki. walk also got wind. can suka suka walk into AD like a boss (even though i don't buy anything, go grey!) hahahahaha

Ok, I understand the insecurities you guys face when I posted my watch as you guys forked out a lot for a watch and mine is almost identical. However, just by attempting to censor my postings does not mean that what I have doesn't exist. I've made my stand clear in the post you quoted. I'm not here to discuss about fake watches, granted I made a post early on teaching you guys how to distinguish my watch from a genuine one. However, I did that out of goodwill to share and educate fellow the watch fans here. Apart from that, I've made myself clear that I'm not here to discuss about fakes, not here to ask you guys which fake is better. In fact the only posts I made were photos of my personal watch. How did you derive the conclusion that I'm here to discuss about fakes? I post photos of my personal watch because I love it and I'm proud of it, I wanna share it with everyone. Our mantra is the same, we own nice stuff and wanna share a view of it to those that doesnt own it. Sure it is a replica watch, but I'm posting it as my personal watch, and not trying to sell or discuss replica watches. Hope I made myself clear

we post our watches here to discuss our watch leh. not just things we like. watches.

if you still don't see it, our mantra is NOT the same. we post real watches that we can afford and share it. can be cheap digital casio from mustafa but still it gets a response. positive or negative thats part of the discussion!

the thing here is genuine vs fake. go any forum and try the same you will get the same response. and its not from insecurity.

you like your replica watch, you won't get any discussion here. most people will expect you to already know that, and if you persist, the general response will be negative.

is it us or you? maybe repeat the same thing on proper watch discussion forum like Public Forum and lets see what happens. i think you and i know the response will be the same.

if you intend to persist, then you shouldn't complain about the response to your posts.
