how much you bench ah? 3 digit?
Due to a shoulder injury, I don't bench press with a barbell. Truth be told, the only chest exercise I do is 5 sets 8-10 slight incline dumbbell presses a week. For this I use 44kg dumbbells.

Today is push press day + butt training.

you can try another type of bench press...
I injured my shoulders before as well so I usually do a reverse hand grip bench press, because it does not stress my shoulder joints and I am still working my chest area

but of course, the width of the hand positions are nearer...not so wide

I actually have tried these. But my elbows hurt like crazy.

I generally find barbell bench pressing ineffective for chest building as I feel them much more in my front delts.

Dumbbell presses and flyes are much more effective for me. So much so that I only literally do 5 sets per week and my chest is already too thick.

Wah 44kg dumbbells are heavy stuff. Your wrists must be pretty strong too

No need much grip when doing pressing or flyes lah. The irritating part is hauling the dumbbells into position.

There are much stronger guys in the gym. 一山比一山高. For me to hit failure at 8-10 reps, it's the weight I have to lift.

Anyway, there's this 3m tape that can help improve grip on the bar. You know what's the exact model? I got sweaty palms that's why grip very bad..

I have a question. Pam 000 PR is only 56 hours.. Every two days wind once is not healthy for the crown i read. If that is the case how to let it be a beater?

Guess i shld let my 510 8 days PR be daily beater and use only 000 for other occasion?

Also $6k for pam 000 is Q series....
Extra $500 more i get brand new. Then why would i want save $500 for a preowned? Maybe U can enlighten me?

firstly, the reason you buy mechanical watches from reputable brands - manual or autowind- is because they are designed to be a daily beater !

power reserve gives you the chance to rotate your watch, not only convenience, but as you don't need to reset the time and date the next time you use, that's a lot of unnecessary stress off the watch.

its hard to compare movements, but if you have to the basic rule is that the more complicated usually the more fragile. of course if you don't use it the watch undergoes no mechanical stress.

if you've bought some reliable watches, and you're thinking about rotation, I'd say think about how to reduce frequency of setting time and date.

There's always good ol' chalk.

But I think it's a matter of training yourself to a point where your forearm muscles can match the strength and endurance of your bigger muscles. No amount of 3M tape or chalk can really help when you're pulling near maximal weights and the bar is forcing your hands to open. Maybe 1 more bad rep.

That takes a long time unfortunately, with plenty of frustration.
