Most watches wind clockwise. Haven seen one that winds via anti.

But u can feel the tension de when winding in the correct direction, no matter hw smooth the movement is.

The only watch i know that wind anti clockwise is the swatch sistem51.

On monday I tried the one at The Naked Finn (Gillman Village) - cheaper at $29 but with a smaller serving of lobster - on the whole I'd still go for Market Grill's at $45!
