Your Seiko indices is it out of alignment or just photo angle? I find many lower end Seiko got this problem leh. Zzzz

with my naked eye i think it about 7.865 microns off :D

juz kidding :)

the bezel is off a notch to the left, reinforcing the perspective distortion from that angle. otherwise it lines up quite well:

honestly i haven't had any alignment or performance issues from any seiko, cheap or not.

Do Seiko fans give a free pass, when it comes to Seiko's Chapter misalignment issue??

Yours looks good. But some others are not so lucky.

I also heard someone kpkb with uncle goh outside k2 about Seiko alignment.

yet countless million others are wearing their seikos in perfect alignment and in good health. guess without official numbers we'll never know the extent of the issue - if any.

more inexplicable is how omega's heralded coaxial 2500 had to be changed significantly to 2500b, 2500c and finally stable at 2500d.

AND...its not a one off as Omega recently issued a bulletin advising the fix for its newest version of the coaxial - the 8500/9300 - in the current range of Planet Oceans.

not saying who's better, but its a delicate instrument involving hundreds of moving parts.

if it can be fixed under warranty i wouldn't worry. and of course, when buying anything the initial visual inspection is the easiest thing to do before parting with your hard earned cash.

Finally gotten the links adjusted.
Thanks to AP boutique who happily helped to do it without any questions asked, good service from them.

Some photos today:

Wife trying on my 510:

Thought it looks pretty good on her :)

The cheap thrill moment we had after we drove into a carpark and discovered how bright the lume was after exposure to bright sunlight..

The phone sends notifications to the watch (phone calls, SMS, email etc).

Talking about syncing with phone,

maybe i do a quick poll on how many here considering a 'SMART'watch ?

Im more than 60% already =:p

Main thing holding me back is the thought of having another gadget to
charge :s22:
