Hi guys, just started working for a year and was thinking if I should get a decent watch for myself. Slogged pretty hard doing sales and thought should reward with a nice watch to perhaps remind myself to work harder.

What would you guys recommend for a budget of about SGD 3000 approximately? Ball? Federick Constant?

Hi lucas.. I would personally recommend NOMOS for its great value in terms of its design and the movement. If I had known of this brand before I had bought my Baume & Mercier.. I would've gotten it in a heartbeat.

Here are a few pictures of the club automat datum dunkel to whet your appetite. :)

i think only hairylord looks older than me, but he has since shaved..... (breaking 23 shavers in the process) LOL

I'm not fit looking... just skinny with a tummy...

Hi! Umm.. Actually, the more bracelets you put on, your "satki" level would be increased by a notch.

Just kidding. On a serious note, it's mainly used as a fashion accessory paired with your watch. Although it's debatable as to whether it should be worn on the left (where your watch is) or the right hand.

Anyway.. You can purchase such bracelets from Tod's, Bottega, or if budget is no issue.. You could consider StingHD bracelets, which are custom made from exotic materials.

StingHD heard have to get someone in the US or HK to get for you. SG bans the import of the exotic materials.

some have magnetic connectors, small but powerful magnets. i'd keep my watch away from those just in case.
