Today I added one more important piece in my stable, it has won 2 awards both the Public Prize and the jury-awarded Best Men’s Watch at the prestigious Grand Prix de l’Horlogerie de Genève (GPHG) 2012. First watch to have ever done so. This has not been so easily available in Singapore it's a pretty hot piece. They are not mass produced as it requires the work of 2 masters; kari voutilainen (successor to Philippe Dufour) and Jean Francois Mojon (Chronode , fame of the creation of Harry Winston Opus 10)

Max Busser is a genius and the details are right down to even the packaging. A true work of art and I'm proud to have one.

Comes in a space pod fully made of high grade metals and materials,

The packaging is ...... just wow me.... I've own watches but never like this!!!

Opening the pod.... this is now an art piece sitting in my display

Very nice! If I can choose, or rather "afford", I'll take the more manageable LM101 (FP Journe Resonance also can :D). Just bought my GF a Sea Dweller 4000 today so I'd guess no more watch purchases for this year... :o:(

She bought me a Seiko Marine Master about 2 weeks ago... so I decided she can do with the SD 4000 since she love dive watches. 40mm still can lah! =:p

Bought you a MM and got back a SD4000 in return. Not bad an investment for her.. wish it was the same for me. :D

I never ask for prices but in your case I have to!!

Think its humbling that you patronize this thread where mere mortals roam. :D Dare I say you could be the top connoisseur of haute horology in Singapore? :)

This is why I love this thread. It's interesting to find out about all kinds of watches - these very top end ones are in a true class of their own, where art, science, technology, design and luxury all enmesh to produce one of a kind works.

Even the presentation case/pod is worthy of display in it's own right.
Congratulations and wear in good health!
