easier if you resolve chrono vs 3-hander design/function first.

for instance, personally i prefer divers with absolute legibility so that means 3-handers, and alongside the SM300 vs a Fifty fathoms or JLC memovox or even an Omega Liquidmetal (non chrono).

Italy. Probably the best tax refund scheme there is in europe.

Europe minimum can get 12% back, as long as paperwork done properly and you don't kena 7% GST at Changi Customs.

DIY is best. Get a decent tool - usually about $15. Bergeon can be bought from Khatena & Sons for slightly more.
