torn between the blackbay (cheaper, save some $) or a panerai.. hmm..

Quite a big difference in price.

I'd go with the Blackbay only because I can't bring myself to appreciate the design of the PAM no matter how much I try.

Or go with a Sub, if you have not already got one.

Why? I thought PAM's super popular nowadays :D Blackbay also super nice.

I got an explorer 2 previously as the middle ground option, sub's 40mm bit too small for my wrist. Deepsea is too thick for my liking.

As you mentioned, one is popular and another is nice. I'd go with the one I find nice.

After seeing one of the bro's seiko FFF, hands itchy go buy one also.

I got it for £189 from a hobbyist who mods them for sale directly, price seems fair so i hit order. 2 days shipping reached me (I'm in the UK atm)

Yes bb is nice but too small on me too. I tried the pam once (used to dislike them) and never looked back. Till now i'm not sure if i shld have bought the 24 instead.

I think 42-44 is probably ideal for me! I just tried on the 24. Really quite nice! Poisoned.
