Hello guys, any watch to recommend below <230 ? looking for seiko but preferably grey colour for the watch thanks!

- quartz or automatic
- design (personal preference)

once you've highlighted 3-4 pieces, i'm sure the folks here will be ready to chip in with their views

When most watches in this price range tend to pack in too much design, colours and features into the dial this has a nice understated elegance.

Prodfk, not being condescending but when selecting a watch in this price range I'd say just choose what you like based on aesthetics.

i am looking for a automatic one with greyish colour of the 1st link and the watch face of the 2nd link with its function etc, this is my first watch that i will be getting. as for design, if there is see through back, it would be good

Id say go titanium if you like the design. Titanium colour gives your watch a unique colour. Some may look at titanium and wonder why this brushed steel looks different when its actually titanium.

Ref. BN0151-09L

The case, in stainless steel, measures 42mm. It has an AR-coated mineral crystal and is water resistant to 200 meters.

Movement is the Japanese quartz Citizen in-house solar Eco-Drive caliber E168.

The dial is dark blue with luminescent hands and indices.

It comes on a blue polyurethane strap with steel buckle.

MSRP is US$295.

Id say go titanium if you like the design. Titanium colour gives your watch a unique colour. Some may look at titanium and wonder why this brushed steel looks different when its actually titanium.

Yup, greyish titanium, looking for something like this in terms of design and colour but with see through back and automatic movement? i like to see how it works haha

good pics, classic designs.

maybe a third decision point is the case design. the titanium model looks like it doesn't use standard lugs (the ends on which the bracelet/strap attaches to), so you might be stuck with that bracelet, and not be able to switch out to leather or nylon.

as an example:
1) steel bracelet

2) leather strap

3) nylon nato (slip through) strap

anyway here's list searched with the terms "seiko" and "titanium" to narrow down to your choice, you can see that they offer both lug designs:

I have a Seiko Automatic 21 Jewels 7s26 bought at least 10 - 12 years ago. It's too tight for me now and I no longer have the spare links. Is there anywhere where I can find links for this watch?

This is Zelos Chroma Skeleton 239 CAD when launched. Automatic (Miyota movement) with see through case back. A simple and elegant looking watch. No chronograph though.
