setting the day and date between the period of change over (roughly around 2200 to 0200 +/-) can cause you to damage the little gears in the mechanism. to make sure we are safe, we advance the hour to a range where we know no changeover occurs (any place in the arc between 0300 and 0900)

Hi thanks for ur help. correct me if im wrong so the meaning is before i want to change the day or date it is advisable to make the hour and min hand to anywhere between 3 to 9 ?

oh ya another thing since rolex milgauss is a auto watch but has no date so this theory doesnt affect it right?

Easier to change date in the morning, just before u wear them.

Milgauss no date u how to change date from 2200-0200?

Took me 30mins to take out the rubber strap.
too thick and tough alr and the original springbar don't have groove to catch.
kena a few scratch here and there but ok la since it's a beater.
anyway, super oyster from strapcode. aint that shabby for 55 usd. solid end links.
one step lower than my omega bracelet.
rolex bracelet is the most solid i ever feel so far
no choice to touch AP one yet. haha
a visit to K2 tomorrow!
