Randomly ask at Watches of Switzerland in Vivo, the salesgirl said 10% for red and blue, black bo.

Depends on nego skills, if black version can get at least 10%, red and blue definitely more than that.
it's a matter of how bad you want vs how much they need to meet the sales quota.

i think SKX007 is pretty big and thick and may not look so proportional if your wrist is small.. better go to a shop and check out the actual piece

I have tiny 6" wrists and the skx007 is one of the best watches to wear. Fits really well due to the short curved lugs. Don't know about the citizen though

Here's my SKX, i think you will do fine.
