Ok guys, don't bother going to RSC if you have no idea of the service history of the watch or it's not been serviced with them before and want to regulate it.
The put it in the timing machine and as I noticed, it was running 10-11 seconds fast a day.
They refused to regulate my piece for me even though they said that there was no problems with the oiling or condition of the watch despite the CSO initially telling me that as long as I had 10mins, they could regulate it.
They wanted me to pay $920 for servicing when all the watch needs is a simple regulation.
It was a rather painful process having to deal with RSC.
Asking IWC pilot watch owners, is the orientation of ur watch caseback as per what is shown on IWC website?
they open the watch to inspect oil?
Most AD service center wouldn't do regulation without doing the complete overhaul.
