my Stowa fliegar has been injured. My watch is spoiled, it does not have enough power hence it needs to get some fixing done.

Can i ask if i should send back to stowa for repair, or just fix in Singapore?

If it's under warranty, send it back to Stowa.
If not, any certified watch smith can repair an ETA2824 or ETA2801.
