All the nice GS and rolex explorers!

Are there any reasonable priced GMTs under 1k sgd by the way?

Lots of quartz GMT below 1k. There are also some that not true GMTs but more of a 2nd time zone via an adjustable bezel.

Eg. this where the inner bezel is adjustable via a second crown.

I heard it is pretty good (Tisell too) but I find the Squale logo more intrusive than Steinhart's logo on the watch face. I believe the quality of parts on Steinhart is considerably above that of Squale and Tisell but I don't own any so I can't compare.

My personal opinion though.

Think the Steinhart can do 3 different time zones. The regular hour hand, the red "GMT" hand and the adjustable bezel.

Isnt the GMT hand supposed to point to the bezel for the 2nd timezone? how did the 3rd timezone come about...

From WUS
http://forums.watchuseek.com/f23/gmt-3-time-zone-question-459447.html#/forumsite/20758/topics/459447?page=1

One timezone follows the 12h-hands. One timezone follows the 24h hand, with 12 being 00:00 and 6 being 12. The last timezone is a reference to the bezel, meaning how many hours off it is from your 24h hands.

So if you'd like the timezones for London as your GMT, New York as your GMT2 and Sydney as your primary you would set the GMT hand to local time in London (let's say midnight), and NY is 5 hours before which is 7pm (on the day before), so the bezel should be aligned so that 19 (or 7pm) equals the 12:00 position. The time in Sidney on the other hand is 10 hours later which means the small hands should be set to 10am.
