Does the namesake have any meaning to it? Higher grade?

If compared to seiko which range does it belong? Just curious hehe sold my orient recently but was never disappointed by it.

Supposedly a higher range Orient. Hard to compare with Seiko as Seiko got such a huge range, but I think dollar-for-dollar they should be quite similar
