people with mm300

quote from WUS. haha anyone experience this?

"Whenever I open the bracelet either for wearing the watch or removing it from my wrist, I pull the safety part on the clasp (which has Seiko written on it), and then the extension comes out immediately and I have to then again put it back. This happens almost every time even if I try to open it carefully. Not a deal breaker but very annoying to have the extension come out every time and then you manually putting back in the clasp. Maybe it is just me, but that does irritate me every time!. And since I do not dive and usually wear the watch little loose, I think, I might not need the extension."

Nope. Maybe because i dont pull back the safety clasp all the way back (which will unlock the diver extension).

Not to step on anyone's toes here but was there a premise stating that this thread has no place for replicas? It is still a watch after all. :s11:

It is not cast in stone, but the general consensus here is for discussion on watches. Not counterfeit watches. We discuss everything and anything about all watches and their brands but we do not discuss counterfeits here. We do not stop anyone creating a replica watch thread as mentioned. Trust all is clarified.

A thread for the true horological fan/lover. Regardless of watch brand , price and age :D

That's a pretty well made replica but I wouldn't be caught dead wearing one haha. Prefer my trusty Seiko.

Does anyone here have experience with Dassari strap? Thinking of getting a Dassari Legend bund strap for my Seiko Scallop. Haven't decided on a color though.

Adding onto the discussion about counterfeits, replica and fakes... it is to educate fellows watch lovers here on how to identify one, some telltale signs etc

Especially if one decides to buy from grey dealers and preowned watches

We do not encourage people to buy fakes. Nor do we condone people openly boasting their fake "trophies"

Like this fellow here who thinks so highly of himself buy 1.2k fake

haha i am pretty used to pull the safely clasp back.

I view the watch (SDBX017) before at Big Time and I do find the diver's extension too easily deployed. Not a deal breaker but one definitely have to change the usual way of putting on a watch..maybe hold the watch head with one hand first.

Seiko has improved the watch but dont understand why never improve on the bracelet.
