This is gen. Boys, look at the beautiful shinny rehaut. Look at the silver bezel engravings and the bevelled crystal there. Beautiful..... Wear the bat in good health.

Btw, silver peachy bezel engravings can be seen at the top black half. Have a look.

Does it have lug holes? Can you take a pic of the clasp and the Crown guards?

Fourth...the batman sub photo has colour treatment. You cannot tell meh? Tot you pro?


Lastly.... how you know rolex cannot show lume in lit area?!?!?! Show lume equal not real? Or the colour of the lume is too weak?

I was referring to a pic of the gen sub date, posted a few posts above mine, which was taken together with a gmt2 master. Scroll back, and see how the engraving colour should actually be. It's like silver, but golden peach

you best leh. both watches are taken under different lighting. you cannot tell meh?

Paladium watch taken under white light.
soilwork watches taken under slightly orange-ish light...

like that you judge its fake???

rolex watches taken with a proper frontal shot, you say fake...
rolex watches taken at a very slated angle, you give it the benefit of doubt, cannot tell its real or not...

not very professional leh... i thought a PRO can tell it from any angle? c`mon! live up to your reputation

Bro it's gen. The Crown looks less crooked here. Gold seems solid, not plated. Most importantly, that dial is 100% gen.

Pass it down to your son. It's a piece of heritage right there.

You probably don't need to know. Gen.

One thing these fakes will never hold, is solid gold. They are always plated, and plating wears of at the sharp edges after a while.

如果你是指近年的半金款式，无论是水鬼，DJ，还是其他款，你的看法也许还能成立。
但是别忘了近几年有PVD技术，再怎么假的錶也会有较耐久的“包金”。

PVD技术在60年代直到90年代初期并不是很成熟。所以市面上的金錶还是“半金”錶，多半会是镀金，电镀金，还是包金。曾经就有一位老顾客，拿着一条半金錶带上门找师傅看看是否可以通过他的管道，修复已经有点“脱金（掉金）”的“包金”正品老叻錶带。
师傅很难给建议，因为-
如果要色泽持久，就要整条拿去脱金，再将主要部分从新用PVD技术“镀金”回去。这样做会让色泽持久，但是会大大降低整只錶的价值。
于是师傅给了老顾客一个地址，叫他亲自上门找金铺师傅“包金”。不过包金并不一定好，尤其是当“新金”色泽与氧化已久的“旧金”会呈现对比现象。

不过，最终选择还是顾客的。就只看錶主是否有日后卖錶的打算了。

市面上其实还有第三样选择，也就是买条“正金”916錶带。916金，由于不是纯金，也就不易断，也不易脱。只是这种金带是外加辅助品，也就加重錶主一些负担。如果錶主考虑日后要卖錶的话，加入这个辅助錶带，未必能拿回好价。
