Sent from HUAWEI MEDIAPAD X1 7.0 using GAGT

Do you mind telling us how different is the quality?

May i give my opinion :o

Not sure if the bracelet of my previous explorer is similar to the sub. But the rolex bracelet, you tend to feel more secure wearing it. Rolex bracelet feels slightly more comfy, firmer/sturdy and seats nicely on the wrist. Not that the bb bracelet is far off, it is still good but rolex's is definitely better

From the pic; can see the contrast on the dial, markers and bezel that the sub's quality can't be compared. And yes not to forget the engine between the two is different as well. But what you pay is what you get heh? ;)

Coming back to the bbb, it is still a good watch to own for an entry level luxury watch.

My humble 2 cents :o

My humber 1 cent. :)

What i see are two used watches. Why compare two watches that may have undergone different fates? Compare them when new.

Note sure how to compare the bracelets in terms of comfort.

Engine? In terms of accuracy, go for quartz. how do you compare the engines in terms of? accuracy? smoothness of rotation? reliability?

Value for money is a factor to consider.
Brand prestige is another. How much would you pay for that?

Personally... I dont like the sub bracelet. The clasp area imo is very thin and I feel doesn't match the money I'm paying.

whereas for The tudor bracelet for black bay and my tudor day date... it is of much higher quality and builD.

Even the omega SMPO clasp area of the metal bracelet is higher built and quality

Anyone that can't decide whether a bbb is worth. Read John mayer review. Just read it.
It will close the deal.

Maybe referring to the older bracelets where the clasp is stamped metal. That clasp though thin, is definitely durable: if loose, DIY bend the corner inwards abit to make it virgin tight.

Not sure about Tudor and SMPO clasp, but I sure like the Rolex Sub's GlideLock Clasp.

I tried gmt2c bracelet with the easylink and in comparison (much as both are oyster bracelet) Glidelock is superb imho. The highest end bracelet I tried will be 15400 but my heart still goes back to glidelock.

Maybe TRT can help offer some opinions :)
