Hi there, I come across a page where it 'shows that opening up a Word Document sent by a bad guy allows the attacked to get your user name and password.'

May I know how the NLTM hashes are retrieved and what are the skills and job roles required to this? I only know some Java and C programming language and a little bash shell scripting only.
