Every phone/electronics sure got defects one... Should be Thankful the service center is already up and servicing your phone already.

This phone is a steal like redmi and this definitely have a very premium feel.

I am disappointed that despite going down to their service center two times they can't even solve a simple problem of the SIM tray stuck !

They just refused to change the set and wait for new board to arrive.

Most Likely no Spare Set, but Just SIM tray stuck need Replace MB?

yup. tried already, cannot thanks i even did the 8 hours first time charge.

i went to google, seems to be a common issue for high end phones. altho capacity alot, but use alot also.

The SIM card not inside , is actually the nano adaptor stuck!!!

Most likely its get caught to the metal prong of the sim reader. If you force it out. It will permanent damage the sim reader.

Best is to try to slide the sim card into the adapter and try take out the whole adapter.

hahax, i went online to read about the battery, now adays battery does not need the 8 hour charges

i hope the battery will get to it optimum cap within the week.

doubt they have any set to exchange for you now....

just wait for the replacement mobo/unit to arrive...pay half price for premium item..u need to expect you wouldnt get the premium service...

Well we will never chase technology as its always improving, i welcome Xiaomi to the market personally, its a change since i have been holding out to change my phone.

From Note 1 wait all the way for Note 5 << i was willing to wait while my friend change their sets.
I'm pretty much happy as a cash strap student

I'm able to Gift my Mum as a birthday gift with Redmi soon that i gotten today, begin affordable (She is still using those NS mobile HP though she have a Blackberry curve) its about time to move onto Touch Screen with Good Chinese Support!

Battery life is very subjective to different perso, so charge full then use monitor for a few days
