Mi3 is better in all aspect except smaller screen size.

You can sell off to 2nd hand shops if you want an easier transaction. Might still make a profit.

What so difficult? For StarHub I would get iPhone cause it is the cheapest with plan for StarHub. Ask them dun open box after sign line bring phone down to shops who take in brand new phone. Sell away. There are many mobile shop now with webby and with Facebook u can contact them to check take in price.
