Thermal tape will not be as good as thermal PASTE in terms of conductivity.
Thermal epoxy is permanent. You won't normally use it for PC.
oh then i must be referring to thermal paste & not epoxy
i guess will have to use thermal tape to stick heatsink on M.2 drive
