Thermal compound

I am looking to replace my cpu heatsink, and am looking for thermal compound.

Dont really need anything fancy, just something that does the job that a thermal compound should.

Where can I get cheap generic thermal compound?

Anyone remember the formular to mix/match Anabond with other thernmal compound for better results?
