Thermal receipt printer repair?

Anyone have an idea where I could possibly send my receipt printers for repair?
These are the thermal receipt printers used in shops to print receipts.
My distributor don't do repair and suggest I buy a new one instead.
Or suggestions on a good new receipt printer and the pricing if possible.
