Things to do before selling off iPhone

Can someone be kind enough to list the things to do before selling off an iPhone?

Apart from erasing and restoring the phone what else should we do to ensure any data/infos won't be accessed by others?

Unpair your Apple Watch, if using
Sign out from iCloud and delete iCloud data from phone.
Reset to factory settings
