Everything from the Premium outlets. Like levi's, Coach, Polo Ralph Lauren, CK........ and many others. They are just dirt cheap.

Apple products. But please note that you need a contract with atnt to buy a iphone 4g

Zune

A&F, American Eagle, Hollister

That's all i can think of right now.

1. why are coach outlet rubbish?

2. prices more expensive then their online sale, what specific item U looking at? not went on their online sale but I am always able to find shirts/polo tee/sweater at ~US$15 to my liking. online sale cheaper than that?

last saw the big pony at outlet 2 weeks ago was also at US$69.99.
http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/...on_cs7_additional25%offsale&parentPage=family

in fact I got this shirt at outlet for US$20 irrc.
http://www.ralphlauren.com/product/...7_additional25%offsale&pg=7&parentPage=family

I do notice that different outlet U get different deals. some very bad, few excellent!

very rarely u get retail designs @ the Coach outlets b'cos most of the bags are "made for outlets", not the same ones you see in the retail boutique

well, i bought a polo t for US$30 when it's selling @ US$40 @ the outlet? yes, it is still cheaper than SG prices.... but still.... u should really check out ralphlauren.com when they have an online sale

personal experience @ Woodbury, New York

I guess Woodbury can be a tourist trap then! if U got the same polo tee for US$40 at outlet. The polo tee I got from outlet usually cost me US$20, again different outlet do priced certain things differently.

With Coach thats very true. 90% of the stuff are made for outlet esp ladies stuff, in fact they are like rejected design that didn't make it to stores. Just want the Coach brand outlet will do. Want a specific design no way. I have not check in with men's stuff like wallets and belts. Seem like those U can find the design at retail boutique.

anyway...

My wife enjoyed Prada, Bottega Venetta and Gucci @ Woodbury...

For apparels, we thought Nordstrom gave us what we wanted - True Religion, Rock & Republic, Hugo Boss etc...

Is the Prada, Gucci, and Bogetta cheaper than they are in Singapore after about 8% tax? I went in a few times but unsure about prices, so never really buy ...

Then you check first before going lor. All these can find US retail prices online (not factory outlet items).

BV S/S 09 collection - My wife was aiming for a particular bag for the longest time and she found it @ the outlet... saved S$1200. It was a signature bag and surprised to see it there. 3 pieces available.

Prada wallet - She also managed to buy a long purse @ S$400, saved S$200

Gucci - Another purse @ S$300 and a bag @ S$400+. Random purchases but should be cheaper than SG

actually most branded stuffs are cheaper in the states...especially when there are sales...even cheaper! if you've got marshalls & tjmaxx where you are going...do check those out....wayyyy cheaper than at outlet malls if you don't mind slightly older designs of branded stuffs.

i'd be careful with electrical appliances...due to voltage differences. some things would blow the minute you plug into SG sockets..even with adapters.

shop online if you can - if you've got a US address/US credit card. many online shops have regular sales i.e. kate spade, coach etc.

if you are a parent/would-be parent...the baby products i.e. milk pumps/baby carriers/clothings are much cheaper too.

actually...i find most things cheaper in the states than in singapore (i'm on the east coast) if you know where to shop. my crocs are only USD10 a pair...Polo Ralph t-s USD20+...Le creuset pots/pans USD20-50+!!! do your homework before you buy. there are many good deals around.

Levi's (I bought mine for SGD $20++)
Guess
G-Star
Coach
Kate Spade
Victoria's Secrets stuff
IT gadgets
Aeropostale
Polo Ralph

One thing to note, always go online first to search for coupons / coupon codes. US is big on online shopping so their stuff can be cheaper online sometimes!
